Customers exit or change of patronage will have an impact on the long-term revenue of the company. Customers may be loyal due to high switching barriers or lack of real alternatives. Customers may also be loyal because they are satisfied and thus want to continue the relationship. History has proven that most barriers to exit are limited with regard to durability; companies tend to consider customer satisfaction the only v iable strategy in order to keep existing customers. Several authors have found a positive correlation between customer satisfaction and loyalty (Bearden and Teel 1980;Bolton and Drew 1991; Fornell 1992; Anderson and Sullivan 1993). Based on the future discussion, the following two hypotheses are proposed: Hypothesis 1: Factors such as satisfaction, trustworthiness, importance of relationship and image have a positive influence on loyalty. Leadership Style Self-Assessment Being the leader of any organization shows you have the ability to dominant and control others. This being said there are many theories and studies that have been done to determine different leadership styles and what would work for an organization. Many of these studies have shown participative leadership is the most effective style, but leaders need to change the way they solve problems based on that specific situation. (De Poel, Stoker, Van der Zee, 2012). According to the self-assessment, my leadership style is participative or democratic. My style maybe participative but a good leader will be able to use a variety of leadership styles to fit the needs of the organization. In addition to this, the strong needs in a direction that is satisfying to the latent needs in employees and harness them in a manner that would be functional for the organization. Employee motivation is one of the major issues faced by every organization. There is no universal theory that can explain the factors influencing motives which control mans behavior at any particular point of time. Physiological or Body Needs: The individual move up the ladder responding first to the physiological needs for nourishment, clothing and shelter. Safety: The next in order of needs is safety needs, the need to be free from danger, either from other people or from environment. I didnt need it during my Waldorf years. Why should I need it now? Indeed, now that Ive thrown out the replays of gruesome murder shows that used to run in loops through my head, theres much more room for my own thoughts. I also started exploring the library. Ive always loved reading (especially well-crafted fantasies), but to begin my journey of wholeness I needed to rediscover how learning and life are one. School can seem so separate from the rest of my life, but by picking out books on topics that fascinate me ââ¬â botany, the British Isles, classic literature from the 19th century ââ¬â I can indulge my curiosity. When I spent a dinner discussing my history homework with my brother, I knew the magic was working. My life ââ¬â school, the woods, books, dance, circus ââ¬â was whole again. I stop to watch a curtain of mist. There is an illusion of movement in the gossamer veil, and I strain to see the redwoods behind it more clearly. Heavy groans and throaty creaks remind me that the birds arent the only ones with voices in this forest. The trees speak too.

I then averaged out all my results and produce a graph, were I could see a line of best fit and prove my prediction was right.ConclusionAfter doing this investigation I was very happy with how it went, the practical was performed efficiently an d we even had time to add and experiment to test the rubber bands elastic limit.I proved the hypothesis to be correct and I also proved my prediction was an accurate prediction of what happened.I learnt a lot about Hookes law and elastic limits as a result of this investigation and I feel it was a worthwhile investigation in helping me to understand about elastic limits.By analysing my results I have proved my predication right that there will be an increase in the length of the rubber band as you increase the amounts of weights added.I was also completely correct that the rubber band would have limit of elasticity at about 10N of force where it will be permanently out of shape this increase in rubber band size did occur as predicted.The thing that Surprised me about my final results was the fact that the bands did not snap until 13.5Newtons of force were applied, I predicted the limit of the bands to be in the region of 10-12Newtons of force, not 13.5.To analyse these results with my scientific knowledge I would have to say the increase in length of rubber band is directly proportional to the increase in force applied so stretching distance also increases.We did alter are plan slightly because we had extra time at the end we tested the limit of elasticity to try to prove or disprove Hookes law.By analyzing my graphs with my scientific knowledge I can work out that the more force applied to the band, the greater the extension, that is why both my graph get gradually taller instead of ascending if you wanted to produce an ascending graph you could start off with 10 Newtons of force applied and keep taking more weights off to lower the extension.From my double rubber band experiment you can clearly see there is less extension throughout because with two bands they can share the force applied thus with two bands there is a higher elastic limit then with just one rubber abnd.Overall I am pleased with the outcome of this Investigation I believe that I have proved H ookes law to be correct and that after the limit of elasticity the rubber band is permanently put out of shape.
